Job Description - Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Sinch is seeking a part-time Support Assistant to work remotely from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and passion for helping others.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Creative thinking skills to find innovative solutions to customer issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools
