Support Associate

Job Description:

Camfil is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various teams within the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling - Support various teams with project coordination and implementation - Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation - Serve as a liaison between different departments within the company - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Persuasion skills to influence and motivate others - Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - High school diploma or equivalent required
