Support Associate

Job Description:

Snow Software is looking for a motivated and resourceful Support Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing customer support and technical assistance to our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for customers - Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the development team - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Team player with a positive attitude - Presentation skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
