Job Description:

Skanska, a leading construction and development company, is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This position is entry-level, perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are looking to begin a career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to project managers and teams - Coordinate meetings and manage calendars - Assist with document management and filing - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Support project coordination and logistics - Perform data entry and reporting tasks - Assist with procurement and vendor management - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
