Job Description - Remote Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Support Associate to join our team at G5 Entertainment in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers and assisting them with any technical issues they may encounter while using our products. This role requires a confident and reliable individual who possesses excellent presentation and research skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the product development team to identify and address common customer issues. 5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. 6. Assist in creating support documentation and FAQs for customers. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. 8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong presentation and research skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and support tools. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Confident and reliable personality traits.
