Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Tetra Pak is seeking a part-time Support Associate to work remotely from home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of adaptability and independence. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the team, project management, and utilizing persuasion skills to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the team in various administrative tasks - Assist with project management tasks - Communicate effectively with team members using persuasion skills - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence - Assist with data entry and analysis as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in a support role - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - High level of adaptability and flexibility - Persuasion skills - Strong organizational skills
