Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Sandvik is seeking a part-time Support Associate to work from home in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients and customers to provide support and assistance - Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or online chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist in training new team members

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
