Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Trustly is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring that all customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, motivated, and has strong leadership and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support agents to ensure the highest level of customer service 2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution 4. Train and onboard new support team members 5. Monitor support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role 3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively 6. Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems 7. Motivated to drive continuous improvement in customer support processes
