Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Support Manager to join our team at Kry in Uppsala, SE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with at least 7 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and overall support processes - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a support management role - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong desire to drive customer satisfaction - Excellent people management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
