Job Description - Support Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Support Manager to join our team at Saab Group in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with strong communication and project management skills.


As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.


Key responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer support issues in a timely and efficient manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in project management - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Experience with CRM software is a plus
