Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Support Manager to join our team at Koenigsegg Automotive AB in Stockholm, SE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with a Mid-to-Senior Level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the support team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance - Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor support metrics and KPIs to ensure department goals are met - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Provide regular reports to senior management on support team performance and customer feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Persuasion skills to influence team members and clients - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Willingness to travel for occasional business trips - Company equipment provided for work purposes
