Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Support Manager to join our team at Epidemic Sound in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support agents who assist our clients with technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote support agents, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed. 2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the support team, ensuring high quality and timely resolution of customer issues. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of remote support operations. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in remote support processes. 6. Communicate regularly with remote support agents to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. 7. Present reports and updates on key performance indicators to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a remote support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to present information effectively. 4. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience using data analytics to drive strategic initiatives. 7. Proficiency in English and Swedish is preferred.
