Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

ICA Gruppen is currently seeking a skilled Remote Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a key member of our support team, the Remote Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the remote support operations, managing a team of remote support specialists, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of support services to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate remote support operations, including monitoring performance, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries - Lead a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed - Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve overall efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address technical issues, provide feedback on product performance, and communicate customer needs - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management, implementing new strategies as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in remote support management or a related field - Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members - Demonstrated adaptability and a passion for delivering high-quality support services - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond resiliently to change - Visa sponsorship and travel opportunities available for the right candidate
