Job Description - Support Manager


Job Description:


As a Support Manager at Einride, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support operations. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer support agents and ensure they are providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service - Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Analyze customer support data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Develop training programs for customer support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and teamwork abilities - Proficiency in customer support software and systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
