Support Manager - Work from home

We are looking for a dedicated Support Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity located in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate-level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of support specialists to provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed - Collaborate with other departments to improve products and services based on customer feedback - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
