Job Description:
Axis Communications is seeking a passionate and energetic Support Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat to address any inquiries or issues from clients. 2. Assist with order processing, inventory management, and other administrative tasks to support the operations of the business. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to process improvements. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
