Support Officer

Job Description:

Kry Livi is seeking a dynamic and reliable Support Officer to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary - Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide knowledgeable support to clients - Actively engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Persuasive and able to effectively resolve conflicts - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
