Job Description - Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a driven and motivated Support Officer to join our team at Tobii Technology in Sollentuna, Sweden. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot issues with software and hardware products. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities. 5. Assist with product testing and quality assurance processes. 6. Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
