Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Support Representative to join our team at Hövding in Göteborg, Sweden. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or issues with our products or services, and you will work to resolve these in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing issues with our products. 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 4. Educating customers on product features, benefits, and warranty information. 5. Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 5. Persuasive and able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. 6. Energetic and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Fluent in English and Swedish.
