Job Description:
Electrolux Professional is seeking a reliable and motivated Support Representative to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve processes. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. No prior experience required - comprehensive training will be provided. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Planning and organizational skills. 7. Creativity in finding innovative solutions. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
