Job Description - Support Representative


Job Description:


Axis Communications is seeking a hardworking and reliable Support Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time Support Representative at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and partners.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 6. Continuously learn about Axis Communications products and stay updated on industry trends. 7. Assist in creating support documentation and training materials for customers. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. 6. Technical knowledge or experience with security cameras or surveillance systems is a plus. 7. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing industry.
