Support Representative

Job Description:

Quinyx is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our software platform - Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate team - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
