Support Representative

Job Description:

G5 Entertainment is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, energetic, have strong strategic planning skills, and the ability to lead in challenging situations.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams - Assist with customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer support or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Leadership skills to guide team members and provide assistance when needed
