Support Representative

Job Description:

Polestar is seeking a passionate and resourceful Support Representative to join our team in Stockholm. As a Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints. 3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Continuously staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent persuasion skills. 2. Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds. 3. A customer-centric approach with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. 4. Proven track record of problem-solving and conflict resolution. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. 6. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
