Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Sinch is seeking a motivated and energetic Support Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and creativity - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer service software
