Job Description:
Fjällräven is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Resourceful and able to find creative solutions to customer issues - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
