Job Description - Support Specialist


Job Description:


Axis Communications, a leading provider of network video solutions, is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As a Support Specialist at Axis Communications, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical certifications. 6. Assist in testing new software and hardware products before they are released to customers. 7. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials for customers. 8. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems creatively. 6. A passion for technology and a willingness to learn new skills. 7. Experience with network video solutions is a plus.
