Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Tink, a leading fintech company in Stockholm, is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving any issues they may encounter while using our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Provide feedback to the product development team on common customer issues and suggest improvements

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other technical support tools - Innovation mindset and willingness to take calculated risks
