Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Fingerprint Cards is seeking a part-time Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in providing remote technical support. We are looking for a driven and energetic individual who possesses strong persuasion and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for our products - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system - Provide training and guidance to customers on using our products effectively - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate support

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in remote technical support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Knowledge of biometric technology is a plus - Must be able to work remotely and have a stable internet connection
