Job Description - Support Specialist

The Support Specialist at Peak Performance will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to clients. This position will require a high level of resourcefulness and motivation to address client inquiries and issues effectively.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to clients - Collaborating with the technical team to escalate and resolve more complex problems - Providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients - Creating training materials and documentation for clients - Conducting remote training sessions for clients on product usage - Assisting the sales team with product demonstrations and client meetings - Collecting feedback from clients to improve product performance and user experience


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly - Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Motivated to provide excellent customer service and support - Presentation skills and ability to engage clients during product demonstrations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
