Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


The Support Specialist at Volvo Group will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to various departments within the organization. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a keen attention to detail. The Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing troubleshooting assistance, and addressing inquiries from internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users within the organization - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software - Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution - Assist in the implementation of new technology and software applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues - Conduct analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements - Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 4 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of IT systems and software applications - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional support - Ability to work well independently and collaborate with a team
