Support Specialist

Job Description:

Acne Studios is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers and internal teams. This role requires a resourceful and independent individual who possesses strong research and creativity skills. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex support cases - Document support cases and maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of support resources - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Strong research and creativity skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
