Job description:
We are seeking a confident and motivated Support Specialist to join our team at Cint in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience required. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal support tickets in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address critical issues and escalations. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with the development and implementation of support processes and procedures. 6. Contribute to the improvement of the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch support to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research skills and creativity to find innovative solutions to customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 5. Experience using CRM systems and support ticketing platforms. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage high-stress situations with ease. 8. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
