Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Tetra Pak is currently seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience but a passion for customer service and technology. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to customers through our chat platform. You will need to be resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform - Utilize resources to find accurate and timely solutions to customer issues - Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Resourceful in finding solutions to problems - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Basic knowledge of computer systems and online communication tools - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent cooperation skills
