Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Kry in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our customers through web chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a professional and timely manner - Guide customers through our products and services, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of inquiries - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services and products - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well under pressure - Ability to work cooperatively with team members in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service tools - Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
