Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Sinch in Stockholm, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and dedicated. Soft skills such as teamwork and negotiation are also required for this position.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through web chat in a timely and efficient manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our products or services - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with customers - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Staying up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work part-time hours in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE
