Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Nobina is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time role at the associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate for this role is independent, resourceful, and possesses strong research and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance - Answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Conduct research to find answers to customer queries and provide relevant information - Assist in maintaining and updating knowledge base articles for self-service support - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve issues that require further assistance - Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role - Ability to work independently and show initiative in problem-solving - Strong research skills to find relevant information quickly - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) - Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed
