Job Description:

Cint is currently seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and possess a reliable and adaptable personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Utilize persuasion and negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Reliable and adaptable personality
