Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Tink. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through our website's live chat feature. This is a remote, part-time position based in Uppsala, Sweden.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform - Assist customers with product information, orders, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to answer customer questions accurately and efficiently - Provide persuasive and helpful responses to drive sales and promote products - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience working in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong persuasion skills to effectively promote products and services - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in conducting research to find accurate information for customers - Motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently - Comfortable using web chat platforms and CRM systems
