Starbreeze Studios is seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your work with other commitments.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through web chat channels by assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. 2. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Continuously improve personal performance by seeking feedback and implementing suggested changes. 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment where communication and collaboration are key.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information through web chat channels. 3. Resilient and passionate individual with a positive attitude towards customer service. 4. Possess emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers' situations. 5. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
