Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Einride is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län as a part-time remote worker. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and address any issues or concerns. 2. Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
