Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team at Nobina in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers through our online chat platform to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet service level agreements and performance targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Must be reliable and able to work independently - Must be adaptable and able to quickly learn new processes and procedures
