Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

The Volvo Group is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län. As an Entry Level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Volvo Group products and services - Demonstrate strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism in all interactions - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer queries - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions - Assist in strategic planning for web chat operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced work environment - Utilize company resources and training to enhance knowledge of Volvo Group products and services - Meet performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Confidence in engaging with customers and providing assistance - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs - Proficiency in research and strategic planning - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed - Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the role - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
