Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Tetra Pak is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Associate to join our team in Göteborg, SE. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and pricing - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Research industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance customer engagement - Assist in the development of strategic plans for improving customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Driven and resilient attitude to handle challenging customer situations - Proficiency in conducting research and strategic planning - Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification a plus
