Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Quinyx is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Associate to join our team in Malmö, SE. As a part-time Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our online chat platform. You will interact with customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improve service quality

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions - Driven to provide excellent customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction - Strong time management skills to handle a high volume of chat conversations - Analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively
