Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team at Atlas Copco in Stockholm, SE. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support via our online chat platform. You will engage with customers, answer their inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our web chat platform in a professional and friendly manner - Provide information about our products and services to customers - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Generate leads and promote sales opportunities through chat interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and sales goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Proven track record of success in a remote or virtual work environment - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Strategic planning and people management soft skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and Swedish languages
