Oatly, a leading plant-based food and beverage company, is seeking a Web Chat Associate to work from home in Uppsala, Sweden. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Leverage data to analyze customer feedback and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Driven and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent teamwork skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills. 4.
