Klarna is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Web Chat Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, with opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of being resilient and energetic.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Assist customers with product information, order support, and troubleshooting - Document customer interactions and follow company guidelines for data privacy and security - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay up to date on product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Strong planning and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent
