Job Description:
Exeger is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, the ideal candidate will be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat sessions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system - Train and mentor team members on chat best practices and customer service techniques - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web chat goals with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements: - Proven experience in web chat management, preferably in a customer service or technical support environment - Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence - Proficiency in chat platform software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
