Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Cint is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our web chat operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat interactions - Monitor and analyze web chat metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance - Train and mentor web chat agents to ensure quality customer service and consistency in messaging - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web chat into overall customer service strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Continuously evaluate and improve the web chat platform for usability and functionality - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all web chat interactions

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention through web chat - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
